I’m Passionate About Helping You Achieve Your Wellness Goals
I started my career in nursing (general, midwifery, women’s health, nurse education and psychiatric), then progressed to study natural therapies. Later teaching herbal medicine, iridology and manufacturing herbal and health products.
I hold two Masters of Health Science one in Western Herbal Medicine and one in Traditional Chinese Medicine – Acupuncture, training in Neijing Hospital, China and Columbo Hospital in Sri Lanka.
I manage a clinic in Windsor NSW, where I have operated for over 35 years, specialising in women’s health, anxiety, depression, insomnia and complex, multifaceted health problems. I work holistically without toxins to improve well-being.
Acupuncture can help relieve chronic pain conditions
Western Herbal Medicine
A range of immune boosting and therapeutic herbal medicine and supplements which are patient-centered rather than disease centered.
Iridology
Is a form of diagnosis for your body’s genetic and acquired strengths and weaknesses.

Offering a holistic approach to understanding disease
We offer a healthcare approach that considers the whole person – mind, body, and spirit. Emphasizing a comprehensive view of an individual’s physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, rather than focusing solely on isolated symptoms or illnesses. This approach often integrates conventional medicine with complementary and alternative therapies
