About Me
From an original career in nursing (general, midwifery, women’s health and psychiatric care) in nurse education, as a clinical nurse specialist and working in management, Kelly progressed to study natural therapies; teaching herbal medicine and iridology and manufacturing herbal and health products. She holds two Masters of Health Science one in Western Herbal Medicine and one in Traditional Chinese Medicine – Acupuncture, training in Neijing Hospital, China and Columbo Hospital in Sri Lanka. Both Master’s thesis involved researching, PTSD, stress, anxiety, insomnia and depression. She manages a clinic in Windsor NSW, operating for over 35 years and specialises in Women’s Health, anxiety, depression, insomnia, PTSD and complex, multifaceted health problems, working holistically without toxins to improve well-being.
