Frequently Asked Questions

How do you cater for Inter-Referals?

All processes of the consultation and treatment will be explained and additional printed information issued where possible. Whilst we are willing to list your herbal supplements, liaisons with other medical and health practitioners is preferably done in person especially if they do not have herbal medicine qualifications.

I work in conjunction with conventional medicine and pharmaceutical treatments, with inter-referrals and concurrent treatment modalities. My health science knowledge benefits this process.

Please realise that your prescribed medicine is not a panacea (curing everything) the specific applications and expected outcomes will be explained, if other symptoms present or conditions change (including starting any new pharmaceutical medication) please inform us.

Are you a Registered practicioner?

Yes, I am a member of ATMS (Australian Traditional Medical Society) which is Australia’s leading regulatory body for complementary therapies, and AACMA (Australasian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association), and AHPRA (Australian Health Professionals Registration Association).

I have been a patient of Kelly Miller for approximately 30 years. Kelly has provided me with excellent health care, her knowledge is always current, accurate and remarkable and her empathy second to none. She has provided health care services to four generations of my immediate family and many friends and I always recommend her without hesitation.
